Simple yet very effective detox water recipe

How much ever we try to keep our internal system clean in today's lifestyle there are cheat days and anything unhealthy is tasty and relishable. So we often tend to eat or drink them including alcohol.

What can we do about it once it's in our internal system? DETOX is the answer!

This widely-known simple recipe does wonders to our body from detoxifying to burning fats.

Have you guessed it yet? Let me break the ice for you, you need the following ingredients.

  • Thin lemon slices with the peel
  • Thin cucumber slices with the peel
  • A few mint leaves
  • A few ginger shavings
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (optional based on liking/taste, but is very good for our body)

The above combination makes a very good detox drink by itself but if you want to  boost the taste below are additional

  • Any other citrus fruit slices like oranges, grapefruits, lime
  • Honey to sweeten the drink

After cleaning (Ones that require washing) and keeping the ingredients ready, pop then into the DropCounts bottle, fill with water, add ice cubes if you like it chilled and put in the small strainer.
