Taking care of your DropCounts bottle

DropCounts bottle has a double glass wall and is made of durable, eco-friendly high-quality food-grade borosilicate glass, but take care of it as you would for any other glass material.

Hand wash your bottle with warm soap water and rinse thoroughly. Do not put your bottle in the dishwasher . Allow your bottle to air dry completely with the lid open and the strainers removed. This will help to avoid unwanted moisture build up in your bottle and around the seal.

Avoid using fizzy liquids or aerated drinks as this can cause excessive pressure build up in your bottle which can lead to breakage.

Make sure you fill your bottle 1/4 of the way with room temp water before adding any boiling water. Allow a few minutes for the steam to escape before putting the lid back on.

Make sure you add water to your bottle before dropping in ice cubes. Do not put your bottle in the freezer.

Shipping 

Currently we offer shipping only in The Netherlands.

 All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

How do I track my order?

All of our parcels are shipped with DPD. 

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.

2. Click here, enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email info.DropCounts@gmail.com  within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly. 

Please make sure you have read our Returns & Refunds Policy before proceeding. 

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email info.DropCounts@gmail.com  to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 

What currency is used on the DropCounts website? 

All DropCounts transactions are processed in Euros (EUR) at the moment.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info.DropCounts@gmail.com  within 2 hours of placing your order with the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
